➽FAT & PROTEIN combos: Nuts, nut butter, Oily fish- healthy fat like salmon, Eggs, Cheese
Full fat foods are also great. But remember to keep portion sizes limited!
➽Here are some carbohydrate ideas: Granola, oats, Rice, Potatoes, Seeded bread, pasta.
➽Fats only: Plant-based spreads, Avocados, coconut oil and olive oil.
➽Note on treats: they’re okay to have but they tend to be high in fat and sugar with little nutritional benefit, so keep them occasional. This includes pizza, cake, biscuits etc.
WHEN TO SEEK MEDICAL ADVICE:
There may be some underlying issues that could stop you from putting on weight. If any of these SIX cases sound like you, then please see your healthcare professional for advice.
Number ONE: Food Anxiety is when you feel stressed about making food choices. This can prevent you from eating food. Please see your Healthcare Professional if this applies to you.
Number TWO: Appetite suppression due to medicines is not uncommon. If you have started a new medicine and are worried that you don’t feel as hungry as you normally do then please let your healthcare professional know.
Number THREE: If your teeth feel sensitive or you have mouth sores or ulcers it can be difficult or painful to eat. You might need to see your dentist for treatment. Don’t suffer in silence.
Number FOUR: Pain or reflux after eating could lead to weight loss as you lose the desire to eat. If you have any difficulty swallowing. Ask your healthcare professional for more advice if this sounds like you!
Number FIVE: Darker than normal stools, change in normal colour of stools or blood in your stools when you go to the toilet could be a sign there is a problem. Please get checked by a healthcare professional.
Number SIX: Chronic diseases can lead to unexplained weight loss or being unable to gain weight. Please get checked ASAP if you are worried about any unexplained or sudden weight loss.

It has since peaked at number forty-one on the chart. A remix was released on June 24, 2011 and features Big Sean, Wale and Bun B. He released a mixtape shortly after on March 1, 2011 titled Procrastination Kills 3. His second single titled «Drank In My Cup» was released on September 16, 2011. During the week of February 25, 2012, the single debuted at number ninety-six on the Billboard Hot 100. It has since peaked at number 28 on the chart and at number one on the Hot Rap Songs chart. The song spawned many remixes and freestyles featuring hip-hop artists J. Cole, 2 Chainz, Tyga, Bow Wow, Kid Ink, Chamillionaire, and singer Trey Songz. Dr. Matthew Weiner is an author and bariatric surgeon who specializes in the treatment of obesity. His practice is located in Tucson Arizona.
Dr. Weiner graduated from the University of Michigan medical school in Ann Arbor, Michigan. He completed his general surgery residency at New York University Hospital in New York City. He practiced in suburban Detroit for 12 years before moving to Tucson in 2019 where he, together with Dr. Guillermo Higa, founded Tucson Weight Loss Surgery.
In addition to his surgical practice, Dr. Weiner is the Director of Bariatric Surgery and the Medical Director of Telemedicine at Tucson Medical Center. He is an active member of the American Society of Metabolic and Bariatric Surgeons (ASMBS) and is a past President of the Michigan State chapter a Bariatric Surgeons.
Dr. Weiner has performed more than 2000 bariatric surgeries since joining his first practice in 2006 and frequently does complicated revision surgery. He also performs general surgery with an interest in stomach and small intestine surgery along with complex hernia repair.
In his first book, A Pound of Cure, Dr. Weiner debunks the traditional understanding of calorie balance driving weight loss and offers a non-surgical solution to those suffering from obesity through nutritional stability.
His second book, How Weight Loss Surgery Really Works: And How to Make it Work for You, is now available on Amazon in paperback and kindle. In this book, Dr. Weiner describes how the hormonal changes that alter your brain, fat stores and hunger signals are the most important component of weight loss surgery, rather than the portion control effects that have been emphasized in the past.
A third publication called The Bariatric Diet Guide And Cookbook is a cookbook for bariatric patients that will offer recipes and guidance on the most effective post-surgical diet. It’s set to be published in May 2021 and is available for pre-order at most online bookstores.

If enough weight is gained due to increased body fat deposits, one may become overweight or obese, generally defined as having more body fat (adipose tissue) than is considered good for health. The Body Mass Index (BMI) measures body weight in proportion to height and defines optimal weight, under and over weight based on the ratio.
Weight gain has a latency period. The effect that eating has on weight gain can vary greatly depending on the following factors: energy (calorie) density of foods, exercise regimen, amount of water intake, amount of salt contained in the food, time of day eaten, age of individual, individual’s country of origin, individual’s overall stress level, and amount of water retention in ankles/feet. Typical latency periods vary from three days to two weeks after ingestion.

Theory

The most conclusive and resolving cadences return to the tonic or I chord; following the circle of fifths, the most suitable chord to precede the I chord is a V chord. This particular cadence, V–I, is known as an authentic cadence. However, since a I–V–I progression is repetitive and skips most of the circle of fifths, it is common practice to precede the dominant chord with a suitable predominant chord, such as a IV chord or a ii chord (in major), in order to maintain interest. In this case, the 50s progression uses a IV chord, resulting in the ubiquitous I–IV–V–I progression. The vi chord before the IV chord in this progression (creating I–vi–IV–V–I) is used as a means to prolong the tonic chord, as the vi or submediant chord is commonly used as a substitute for the tonic chord, and to ease the voice leading of the bass line: in a I–vi–IV–V–I progression (without any chordal inversions) the bass voice descends in major or minor thirds from the I chord to the vi chord to the IV chord.
